Guidelines

✱ All participants must be 18 years old or above.

✱ All works must feature OsaAka as the main romantic pairing. Side ships can be included, based on your giftee’s preferences.

✱ Participants must remain anonymous until the day of the reveal.

Fics
1500 words minimum, fics must be posted on ao3 with the link to the fic posted on Twitter.
Art
Should be completed works in monochrome or full-colour, with shading, backgrounds are optional.
✱ Anonymous submissions are allowed. The mods will be posting these submissions directly from the event's Twitter account.

✱ All works must be, to the best of the gifter's abilities, adhere to the request of the giftee.

✱ The hard limit for this event is underage sexual content. This means works that depict minor x adult, or aged-down OsaAka will not be allowed.

Q: Which timezone is the event schedule running on?
A: The schedule is running on GMT+8!

Q: Do we have to be at a certain skill level, or apply to get into the event?
A: No! Any and all OsaAka lovers, regardless of skill level, may join!

Q: How heavily are the prompts expected to be followed?
A: You have free rein in your creations. Your giftee's preferences should be used only as a guide and inspiration. You don't have to include all of them in your work. However, due to the sensitive nature of the event, we ask that you steer clear of your giftee's dislikes. The mods will be checking for this specifically during check-ins.

Q: What happens if someone drops out of the event?
A: We will be reassigning your gift to another participant who is also a good match! So some participants may receive more than 1 gift.

Q: What happens if my gifter drops out?
A: We will be reassigning you to another creator who is willing to create another gift that matches your preferences.

Q: I’m not comfortable drawing/writing X!
A: In the sign up form, you may indicate topics/tropes you don’t feel comfortable creating for or receiving. We ask everyone to exercise patience, understanding, and most importantly, your boundaries!
